At the heart of our business is a desire to create real change for the workers who care for our children and homes. This is an industry that has long operated in the shadows of policy making. That is slowly changing as we recognize the present and future importance of this workforce and how it impacts our economy.

The wins for domestic workers in select cities and states have been long fought and hard won. But there is still so much to do, as a national bill of rights will soon be introduced again at the federal level.
