Our clients seek the
shortest route to the most excellent care they can afford

Our job is to guide you through what that looks like, from your geographical location and the specific needs of your family. We can help with economical part time or shared care, to certified educators who work with an in-home staffing team, and many roles in between.

Our time-tested approach to childcare staffing starts with a corporate recruiting philosophy that combines professional framework with a philosophy of "no two families are the same."  We believe that by engaging with our firm, your family or company gains the comparative advantage as a consumer in this market. We are a woman-and mother-owned business rounded out by a team of former caregivers, tutors, teachers, and corporate executives.

Our Process for Finding Your Nanny

  • 1 Schedule a Needs Analysis
A placement specialist will conduct an in-depth family interview by video to learn about your needs to kick the process off. We require any/all involved parents to attend, and there is a fee of $350 due at scheduling. The video consultation typically runs 45-60 minutes, but may take longer.
  • 2 Interview Candidates
Our recruiting team works together to hand-select 1-5 screened and qualified candidates for you to meet with based on the results of your Needs Analysis. There is no limit to the number of candidates you may meet, however most of our clients hire one of the first 5 we introduce them to. Meeting with each of them will ensure your final hiring decision is balanced and informed.
  • 3 Choose Who You Want To Hire
We'll help you draft, present, and negotiate acceptance of an offer letter outlining job duties and expectations. Our third-party guidance makes your transition to becoming an employer seamless..
  • 4 Remove Your Candidate from the Open Market
Once you've selected your candidate, it's time to remove them from consideration for other families. At National Nanny Network, we offer placement fees on a sliding scale, so you'll be able to review your options and select the one that works for you.
  • 5 Ongoing Support
Our work is far from over after your caregiver has accepted your offer and the placement has been made. We'll be there throughout the entirety of your relationship to help with retention counseling, training, and ongoing support.
